Marianne Gaye-Ayrault has more than 15 years of experience in higher education, business development and marketing, as well as strategic consulting and fundraising. She leverages this expertise to lead and grow the Union's International Management Development Programme (IMDP), which serves the capacity building needs of public health organizations and governments around the globe.

Prior to joining IMDP,  she was Associate Dean of INSEEC Bachelor (Groupe INSEEC in France) where she developed and implemented educational programs for bachelor level students. She also managed the daily operations of the school including faculty, students and their parents, partner universities and corporations. Ms. Gaye-Ayrault had previously worked for non-profit organizations including The Resource Foundation and The Salvation Army, and developed direct marketing and CRM campaigns for B2C and B2B clients in the non-profit, pharmaceutical, high-tech, telecommunication, energy and service industries in more than 10 countries. Ms. Gaye-Ayrault holds an MBA from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business in Washington, DC and a B.A. in Business Administration from the MBA Institute, part of the Groupe INSEEC in Paris, France.
