Staff from The Union Office in Myanmar, have joined the World TB Day It’s Time campaign by taking a series of photos and sharing them widely to raise awareness that it’s time to end TB.

Throughout the week of World TB Day, The Union in Myanmar will also be organising Union booths, a TB quiz, and exhibitions as well as offering mobile chest X-Rays, in collaboration with the National Tuberculosis Program, in the outskirts of Mandalay.

Further activities will be undertaken in each of Myanmar’s respective project regions, with the aim of raising public awareness of the devastating health, social and economic impact of TB and sharing the message #ItsTimetoEndTB

Everybody can use social media to amplify the theme of World TB Day and raise awareness of TB around the world. Just like The Union office in Myanmar, social media can be used to post a time, watch or clock related photo, with the hashtag #ItsTimetoEndTB or #WorldTBDay2019 and tag @StopTB and @TheUnion_TBLH so that we can amplify the message.
