The Union in Zimbabwe produces TB community newsletter

Updated:

The Union Zimbabwe Office is working with the National Tuberculosis Programme (NTP) to share news and information about tuberculosis (TB) with the community. The newsletter includes information on how to recognise TB symptoms and where to go for treatment, as well as updates from the NTP and The Union about the projects that are underway throughout the country.

The newsletter, published bi-annually, is distributed to 2,500 partners and community members in all the provinces and cities of Zimbabwe, including a large network of people living with HIV. The first issue was published in June with editorial support from The Union.

The Union works closely with the NTP in Zimbabwe through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Challenge TB programme.
