The Union Asia Pacific Office in Singapore coordinates courses, technical assistance and other activities in TB, lung health and tobacco control.This office is an independent organisation and a member of The Union in its own right.

Two other offices also serve this region: The Union Office in Myanmar in Mandalay manages The Union's growing TB and HIV activities in that country, and The Union China Office in Beijing manages tobacco control, as well as TB and lung health projects.
