International TB courses

More than 1,000 NTP managers have completed The Union's International TB courses. This flagship programme is offered in French and English (3-week format) and in Spanish (9-day format).

MDR-TB training

In 2010, Union courses on MDR-TB in English and Spanish were held in 10 countries and provided training for more than 300 people, including physicians from 35 countries.

Applied Mycobacteriology for TB Control

This 14-day course is designed to help NTPs increase case detection by improving the performance and management of their microscopy networks.

 

Courses in other topics from CXR training to TB/HIV collaboration are offered each year.
